Meet Your Event Center Team

The Key Players who will be working on your behalf before and during your event to make your event one to remember.

Event Coordinator:

Think of your Event Coordinator as the number one player on your team.  Your Event Coordinator is your principal source of information during the planning process and a valuable "right hand" once you arrive at the Event Center.  Your Event Coordinator will answer your questions, convey information to our operations departments and takes full responsibility for our role in the smooth functioning of your event at our venue.

Perhaps most important of all, your Event Coordinator is responsible for receiving all the event requirements well in advance of your arrival, assuring that your event is well-planned and smoothly executed. 

The Event Center will need you to provide any special floor plan diagrams, information for special services such as first aid, security, traffic or crowd control, etc. and any information that will need to be coordinated with your other service providers such as  catering, audio-visual, theatrical services and your general service contractor.

Your Event Coordinator is the key to linking all of the Event Center operating departments.  The Event Coordinator will communicate your needs and event requirements to the following members of your team so that we can give you our very best!


Engineering/Operations:

Our Operations department ensures that heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, lighting and other critical building systems work correctly for the comfort and safety of your staff, attendees and exhibitors.
They rely on your Event Coordinator for information as to event hours, special lighting and HVAC needs so that your event will be successful. 

Housekeeping:

The Coca Cola Event Center has a spotless reputation for cleanliness.  Maintaining such a reputation rests with our Housekeeping Department -  the men and women who take exceptional care of the facility to keep it looking beautiful!  We will keep the restrooms, lobbies, corridors and all public areas clean and tidy during your event hours.

Event Services Team:

Working through your Event Coordinator, our Event Service Team sets out all tables, chairs, lecterns, trash receptacles and other equipment where you need it.  They will handle any changeover requirements.

Food and Beverage Team:

With Your Event Coordinator, our Food and Beverage Team will plan and execute everything necessary for your food and beverage activities -  whether it is as simple as opening a concession stand to coordinating catering for an elaborate banquet.
