Reservation Policy:
To reserve your date, a NON REFUNDABLE reservation payment of 50% of the total rental fee, plus 7.75% sales tax is required. The NON REFUNDABLE remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to event. If remaining balance is not paid in full at that time the event will be assumed canceled, and the venue will be made available for other events to book.

Cancellation Policy:

All payments are final and will NOT BE  REFUNDED. Deposit can be applied to another date if available.

Damage/Security Deposit Policy
The damage deposit of $250 ($400 if alcohol is served) may be applied against any cost to repair or replace damage or loss occurring caused by you and your guests. This deposit will be due 14 days prior to your event.

An inspection will be conducted by The Coca Cola Event Center MANAGEMENT before and after the event. You have the right and are encouraged to participate in the inspection. If by chance the damage deposit does not cover the repairs or replacement: the unpaid expenses will be billed to you and you agree to pay expenses within (10) days of receipt. This deposit may also be used to compensate for time used in excess of the scheduled /paid for amount.

The damage deposit will be returned to you within 5 business days after to the event. If you do not pick up the check, it will be voided and mailed back to you. A copy of the voided check will be on file at
The Coca Cola Event Center.

Preparing / Leaving
You may enter space up to two hours before your event and must depart within 1 hour of your events completion which includes time to clean. Some exceptions can be made. Call 704-226-9777 for questions.

Damage Deposit:
$250 security deposit for all events ($400 if alcohol is served)*

$FREE 6 Ft. Round Tables

$20 host fee per hour if desired
*some events may require an additional deposit or permit fees.


Additional Information

Alcoholic Beverages
The use of alcoholic beverages is allowed. Alcohol may be served, but not sold.  The Coca Cola Event Center, LLC accepts no liability for the actions of the group or its guests at alcohol related events.  A special permit may need to be obtained to serve alcoholic beverages.

Music - Sound System
You are welcomed to have a band or musical instruments play at your event. If there happens to be other guests on the premises, then the party needs to be respectful of the other visitors.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Coca Cola Event Center or the covered deck.

General Conditions
The Coca Cola Event Center shall not be held liable for any loss, stolen, missing or damaged personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold The Coca Cola Event Center harmless from any and all claims arising from lost, stolen missing or damaged personal property.
Guest agrees to release, indemnify and hold The Coca Cola Event Center harmless, including the attorney fees and costs incurred, from any and all claims or judgments arising from the guests' use of The Coca Cola Event Center and surrounding areas, including but not limited to, any claims for damages and injury.
The Coca Cola Event Center will be responsible for obtaining a signed copy of this contract agreement prior to rental.

Clean-Up Policy
If the property is not left clean and litter-free as determined by the Coca Cola Event Center, LLC - a portion or all of the damage deposit will NOT be returned.
